The successful party shall pay all costs of sale incurred by the Trustees or other parties on behalf of the Trustees.

The "Bid/Offer Form" shall be completed in its entirety and submitted in accordance with the procedures set forth in this invitation. Otherwise, the bid/offer will be rejected.
